Course Level Learning Objectives

Analyze the specifics of the US healthcare system in terms of populations served, policy applied and funding available

Apply sound project management principles to support the design of organizational processes.

Background: You will create a personalized healthcare ecosystem and act as a project manager for ECOS Health System. All assignments and activities will apply to your personalized healthcare scenario, as defined in the Ecosystem Blueprint: Initial Kick Off Template.

Blueprint Ecosystem Template and Status Report: This blueprint is the foundation for designing all the layers your ecosystem and connecting it to the primary project that you will oversee. Your ecosystem design will evolve during the class, but your personalized healthcare scenario selections will remain the same throughout the course.
