(b) Non-conformities were found in below observations, through checking with ISO/IEC 17025, propose the corrective action for each of the nonconformities. [30 marks] ii) The laboratory maintained a list of controlled test record forms for use by testing personnel. However, some forms were found not matching with current practice of the laboratory. There was no evidence showing that these controlled forms were periodically reviewed for validity.
