i) During the external audit, the auditor observed that the laboratory has participated in proficiency program (LGC TOYTEST Round 63), however, the measurement result of kinetic energy of a projectile was reported as unsatisfactory. The cause(s) of the unsatisfactory result had not been identified at the dates of the assessment visit.
