(b) Non-conformities were found in below observations, through checking with ISO/IEC 17025, propose the corrective action for each of the nonconformities. [30 marks) i) During the external audit, the auditor observed that the laboratory has participated in proficiency program (LGC TOYTEST Round 63), however, the measurement result of kinetic energy of a projectile was reported as unsatisfactory. The cause(s) of the unsatisfactory result had not been identified at the dates of the assessment visit. ii) The laboratory maintained a list of controlled test record forms for use by testing personnel. However, some forms were found not matching with current practice of the laboratory. There was no evidence showing that these controlled forms were periodically reviewed for validity
