concluded this module, you should be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses.

First thing after you are back to your workplace, please build up a SWOT analysis

matrix listing five strengths, five weaknesses, five opportunities, and five threats for

your international team covering motivation, compensation, recruitment, training,

and evaluation. Please note that strengths and weaknesses are internal to your

company, while opportunities and threats are external. After you have built the SWOT

analysis matrix, please produce the strategic alternatives, prioritise them, balance

them, and build a draft roadmap. Discuss the final version result not more than five

pages with your colleagues and superiors, and ideally, present the final result to the

talent acquisition team in your firm
