Taking into account the types of compliance failures in the four case studies, choose $5$ ?of the Fundamental Elements that you believe are the most important, and for each answer the following two questions:

How does that Element work? Why is that Element important for effective compliance programs?

For each of the $5$ ?Elements that you choose and for each of the $4$ ?Case Studies,

State whether that Element played a major role, a minor role, or no role.
