Based on the following abstract Reflect the problem statement research objectives, research Questions, Hypothesis, Numbers & types of Variables and Research design of the study. The previous studies have shown that the influence of Lack of Awareness, Lack of Training, and Lack of Technical Support on Readiness of Online learning among Students in Gulf University in Kingdom of Bahrain during COVID-19 Period. A survey of a representative sample of 400 respondents was used in this study. This study is a quantitative method and the data from questionnaires were analyses using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 22.0. Multiple regression analyses were performed to tests the hypotheses of the study. The findings confirmed that Lack of Awareness, Lack of Training, and Lack of Technical Support have a negative significant association with Readiness of Online learning. The primary contribution in this study is to enhance the understanding on the significant factors that influence on Readiness of Online learning among Students in Gulf University in Kingdom of Bahrain during COVID-19 Period.
