The company that I am doing I research on usually use lean methodology where their project management methodology

aims to deliver value in the most effective and efficient way possible. Their underlying focus is to do more with less,

resulting in maximum results with minimum consumption of time, energy, resources and budget. By eliminating waste,

lean$-$ managed projects promote overall productivity and save costs relying on the $3$M principles, which are Muda$-$ to

eliminate excess waste by getting rid of processes that do not add value, Mura$-$ to eliminate excess variables to ensure a

balanced workload, Muri$-$ to eliminate excess workloads in order to ensure employees dont feel burnt out. For the

purpose of this project I will use agile methodology because it allows managers to split projects into smaller segments,

which will give me a time to cover all the work done. Segment completion occurs one segment at a time, with time

reserved for thoroughly inspecting and quality$/$ concluding approving each segment before moving to the next. This will to

promote flexibility throughout the project, as I can adapt its strategy and steps depending on how the previous segment

went. The following are agile project management methodology, its adaptable style of project planning, versatile use for a

range of different project types, and its simple and flexible style of management thats easy to adopt to which is suitable

for constructing playground park.

The school mission for the constructing a playground park is to provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

where children can learn, play, and grow and foster physical, social, and emotional development through play and

outdoor activities. Values includes safety$-$ ensuring that all playground equipment and areas are safe for children to use,

inclusivity$-$ creating a playground that is accessible to all students, including those with disabilities, community$-$

encouraging a sense of community and teamwork among students, learning$-$ using play as a tool for learning and

development, sustainability$-$ incorporating eco$-$ friendly in the playgrounds construction and maintenance.

The company mission for doing the project is to design and construct high$-$ quality, safe, and innovative playgrounds

that inspire children to play and explore while collaborating with schools and communities in creating playgrounds that

meet their needs and goals. Values includes quality$-$ use of durable and safe materials in all playground constructions,

innovation$-$ continuously improving playground designs to enhance the play experience, customer focus$-$ working closely

with schools and communities to understand and meet their needs, safety$-$ adhering to the highest safety standards in

playground design and construction, sustainability$-$ using environmentally friendly materials and practices in all projects

The goal of school and company is the same as all they want to provide a safe and accessible space for children to

engage in physical activities during the recess in the playground park

According to the journal of civil engineering and architecture $11(2021),$ in designing the guide for playgrounds, they stated

and I agree with the journal. Children, who are the weakest people about sensibility and telling their desires clearly, act

differently at every age phases. Because of this, child oriented designs must appeal to children about the whole ages and

features. Playgrounds are places where children of all ages and features spend their times commonly. But when these

playgrounds were observed, that can be seen, playgrounds cannot meet childrens need and, they become quitted places.

Within this paper research, child, play and playground concepts have been examined and the parameters of playground

design have been classified. The aim of the research is to reveal the parameters for playgrounds design and offering a

guide so that it can give an idea for the new designs, safety and accessible space for children.
