Based on the job advertisement create two situational$-$based interview questions and two behavioural$-$based interview questions.

Requirements:

All four questions must directly relate to the selected advertised job.

Situational$-$based questions must meet the basic criteria of "how the candidate would handle a certain situation".

Behaviourial$-$based questions must meet the basic criteria of "candidate needs to recall past experiences to demonstrate knowledge".

Create a rubric to evaluate the candidates' answers to each of the four questions.

Ensure that there is a proper title page for the document with your name, student number and section number.
