Based on the readings, but distinct from the examples, I would like you to create and present a new scenario involving consideration of ethical behavior in an administrative setting. This scenario should be written as though it would be used in a training exercise for public servants and should be structured to seek responses from those in training about the possible approaches, or responses to solving this ethical consideration. To complete this assignment, you must provide a description of the scenario, the actors involved, and the setting in which this concern emerged. You must also provide some means of starting a conversation among trainees when considering all consequences associated with your scenario.
