Based on your chosen topic, you are to create an infographic that adheres to the criteria (Part 1: Items 1-4 below).
You are also required to complete a reflection (Part 2- Item 5).

Part 1: Required in the Infographic (11 marks)
1 TITLE: A title that clearly states your topic.
2 CONTENT: Use the following as a guideline to help with your content creation:
Purpose: Identify 2-3 main reasons for promoting this cause/issue. Indicate why you are promoting it.
Audience: Who is your audience? What is the intended impact on the community/society?*Also, identify if possible, who can be a 'potential' audience you can write to about this issue.
Information: What type of information does your audience need to know?
Benefits: What would the benefits be to society/community etc based on your selected topic?
3 GRAPHICS:
Graphics that appropriately support the information in your content
Graphics can vary but must relate to the text and have a clear purpose
4 SOURCES at the bottom.
Any external sourcesincluding images must be cited at the bottom of the infographic. In infographics we use the term Sources.

Part 2: Critical Reflection (please write this in the body of the journal)-4 marks
5 Please answer the 4 critical reflection questions. There is NO right or wrong answer, but I expect a MEANINGFUL response.
(1) As you were completing your infographic, what decisions did you make to communicate your ideas for your chosen topic?
(2) What challenges did you encounter producing work in this genre and how did you overcome them?
(3) How do you think your infographic effectively communicates the key information as requested related to Purpose, Audience, Information & Benefits? Explain clearly.
(4) What are some new skills have you seen develop?
