Create a folder called "poll"

Create an index.php file in the poll folder.

The index file will display a question on the screen.

At least four options $($i$.$e$.,$ possible answers$)$ will be given

The user will select one of the answers $($using a radio button$)$

After the uses selects one of the options, they will press the submit button

Their answer will be stored in a database

The content on the page will change to say something like "Thank you"

The page will also display the poll results $($all the previously gathered results that are stored in the database$)$

Note: everything will happen in the index.php file.

The survey question and the survey results will be displayed on this page

Only the question is shown before taking the survey

Only the results $($not the question$)$ are shown after taking the survey

You may use multiple files to help organize your code. However, when the page content changes from the question to the results, the same page should reload $($i$.$e$.,$ the URL does not change$)$ with different content.

Note, the examples below are bare minimum skeletons of what I$\text{'}$m asking for.

Do NOT use PDO. Using PDO will result in $0$ points for the assignment.
