To that end Describe the topic of the group presentation in about a paragraph. Explain the research and relevance of the topic in general. Describe the Training Project in terms of the ADDIE model (needs Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) - do not just define the terms but explain them in context of the Training Project. Pay special attention to the design and evaluation of the training.
