Below attached is a diagram designed for $1-$bit register file using D$-$latch. It can write into one register or read from one register.

When executing RISC$-$V R$-$type instructions, for example, add x$5,$ x$6,$ x$7,$ we need to

read from $2$ register, and the result is written into the destination register $5.$

Modify that diagram, so that we are able to read from $2$ registers, and write back the

result to destination register.
