This app could be downloaded by both iOS and Android users. System Capabilities: The system should be capable of doing: - Answering customers at a quick pace without making them wait for a long time for a response. - Allows the Customer/Passenger to select their native language, if they are unfamiliar in speaking English. - With the language selected, AI will be able to answer with pre-loaded automated messages. - Will learn to adapt to different responses as time goes on. - Telling the Passengers where they need to board, where their Gate is, which conveyor belt they will receive their luggage at, - Allows the passengers at the Airport to connect to the Airport's WiFi automatically. - By collecting Customer Data through their search history in the app, the system will recommend products to the Customer according to their taste. - Allows Flight rescheduling if flight has been missed. - Shows the Hotel room availability according if flight has been missed. - Automatic recognition of Loyalty Program Status. Business Benefits: By deploying the following system, it'll provide the following business benefits: - Reduces the amount of staff members behind desks currently at the airport. - The App is integrated through all the airline companies in the Airport. - Increases Efficiency by reducing the amount of work done manually. - Gives a good impression of the airport, thus making the customers come to the airport. - Sales of the products in the airport will increase. - Decreases the Salary Expense in the long run.
