Question: Redbox believes that the disc copies it purchases allow them to sell or transfer the digital codes, the same way as a hard copy disk. They allege that Disney is trying to prevent them from competing in the market and that their 700,000 dollar investment would be thrown away if Disney wins the lawsuit? Do you agree or disagree? The larger question is the violation of copyright law and the rule of ownership.
