Conduct a meeting with at least two work teams to complete the following: Explain the following: o Key Performance Indicators for the following: Productivity plan Profit plan o Action items assigned to the team. o Target implementation date o Target outcome o Strategies outlined in the strategies checklist document. o Requirements outlined in your signed off implementation requirements document Instruct each team member on how they will carry out the action items assigned to them. 3. Complete at least one identified contingency strategy. 4. Update the operational plan to indicate the information on actual implementation
