Build a simple spring$-$mass $1$ DOF system $($the springs can be from up or down$)$ by adding a water tank

as stated in the figure. This tank is used to provide the possibility of adding$/$draining water during the

operation for changing the system mass from m to $($m$+$mass of the added water$)$ to change the system$$s

natural frequency.

$2-$ You are free to choose the dimensions, system$$s parameters, pipes and whatever parts you like to add,

to control the system mass to avoid resonance $($by changing the mass and then the system$$s natural

frequency$).$
