Build TCP over UDP socket using C programming

Create a TCP Header in the data packet to be sent over UDP socket. Receive window, checksum and Urg data pointer may have an arbitrary value. Pay attention to number of bits assigned in each field. No need to implement Options field. Once a packet is received, parse the packet to get all the values in each field.

Establish a connection between the server and the client. Remember that TCP is a connection-oriented Transport method and that the client establishes a three-way handshake with the server. Additionally, the client should also send a message to the server to disconnect, essentially the termination process.
