As Communications Director for Acquisitions Incorporated, a national holdings and acquisitions company, it is your responsibility to send an email to all department heads informing them of the date, time, and location for this month's department head meeting. These meetings are normally held on the last Friday of every month, and they usually last about two hours.
You should also include a brief listing of the issues to be addressed. The agenda for this month's meeting is as follows: voting on the new vacation policy, electing a media spokesperson, and introducing the new Director of Risk Assessment, Patrick Rothfuss.
