Assignment: Quality Management Plan Layout for a project of your choice.

This is what I have but I am stuck on the bolded parts below, not sure how to answer them.

Quality Management Plan:

Project Name: The Johnson's Destination Wedding

Introduction-

The quality of wedding planner deliverables will be monitored throughout the project life cycle. The first stage of this methodology would include every deliverable going under the perception to check each task. The second stage includes the deliverable head in charge of ensuring the quality of the task and providing quality affirmation approval after it. When the project manager issues the declaration, the task will be distributed to the stakeholders, which include Melissa, Timothy, Brad, and Carrington.

Quality Standards-

When it comes to quality standards, the following are the standards to maintain task quality.

1. In accordance with COVID-19, we guarantee that social distancing safety measures will be implemented in accordance with government guidelines.

2. Wedding food is more important in maintaining wedding standards.

3. Confirm each task before carrying it out.

4. Ensure that no other tasks or events are running concurrently with the wedding.

5. From the start, the quality of the ceremony location has been our top priority.

6. Adhere to environmental safety precautions.
