Based on the understanding you have developed from your readings and from watching the video series, develop a process flowchart of a process you encounter in your daily life. This process needs to have at least 20 steps and 3 decision points. Based on the flowchart, propose some improvements by reducing it to 15 steps. Write a short narrative to describe both of the processes (the before and after improvements).
