Business organizations try hard to increase and improve their Employee Engagement score. However, one of the shortfalls of Employee Engagement is the relationship between Employee Engagement score and Employee Turnover. High Employee Engagement cannot guarantee that Employee Turnover will be low.

Deloitte on purpose release its new concept called Employee Experience. Deloitte called the concept as an irresistible organization that cannot be stopped.
