Business Process Diagrams

Using slides below from the Team Solution Design collateral as examples, create one "as-is" and one "to-be" diagram. Note: you may want to look at examples of swim lane diagrams on-line.

SmartCloud Business Process ("as-is") One of the primary drivers behind Cloud computing is the automation of manual intensive processes, which are cumbersome, costly and inefficient. Often, just automating an existing process without transformation, will not yield the intended benefits.
