c# or c++ windows forms application

with 1 textbox+button that creates a folder with the name entered in the textbox.

1 button that opens file explorer and lets the user select file and then store the directory path of the file in a txt file.(needs to loop till the user quits the program.)

1 button that quits the program.

all should be on the same form.
