Problem 5 (10 points) Imagine a Twitter alternative named Twit. Its messages can be no longer than 80 characters. This problem is to write code to determine whether a message is short enough to be accepted within the Twit constraints. An acceptable message cannot be over 80 characters long but must be at least 1 character long. Use constants for the min and max length and display a message indicating whether the message is approved or rejected based on its length. Your output should look like this.
