Question:
C++ program please help!!!
Part One Rewrite this function such that it uses pointers rather than reference variables. Demonstrate this function in a short program. void switchOperands(int &x, int &y) { int temp = x; x = y; y = temp; }
Part Two Write a simple program that creates a C-style array of size and numeric data type of your choosing. Pass that array to these functions (that you create) by pointer: . enterArrayData(): receives a pointer to the array, and allows the user to enter data into the array. . outputArrayData(): receives a pointer to the array, and simply outputs the array elements. . sumArray(): receives a pointer to the array, and simply outputs the sum of the array elements. Note that you must use pointer syntax, not square-bracket syntax when processing these arrays. So remember that this array element's reference: myArray[index] ...is equivalent to this: *(myArray + index)
Part Three We want to write a simple function that will take any type of array as an argument, using templated functions. The function then creates a copy of the array but with the simple change that the order of the elements is reversed. The function returns a pointer to the new array. Write this function as well as a templated function to display the array elements, and demonstrate both these functions in a short program.
What to submit
For convenience, you may do all three parts of this lab in a single program. Just make it super clear in your code where one part ends and the next begins. Additionally, for convenience, you may submit just a main.cpp file for this lab. Alternately, you can submit a standard zip file.
