Stage 1 - Performance analysis (File Upload Required - Performance analysis report submission) Learner Instructions For this Stage, you are required to source and/or generate and analyse a range of performance reports related to the various key results areas (K RAs) of the business plan (section 4). Note, these could be progress or management reports prepared by you or other key stakeholders during the implementation phase. Reports may also include data extracts, financial statements, reports from software or systems used to implement the plan, or written summaries provided by staff. Use the reports to perform an in-depth analysis of the outcomes (to date) and how they compare against the planned objectives. In your analysis, present your findings visually (e.g. graphs, tables) where appropriate so that you are able to draw clear conclusions from the data. You will need to provide comment on each of the KRAs established in the plan, which covers the following information. e Established business performance objectives. e Analysis, including: o asummary or snapshot of the data o adetermination as to whether the performance indicators have been met, or if not, o what refinements or adjustments need to be made. e Outcomes, including: 0 reasons for variation or underperformance (or over performance if applicable) 0 how these have been addressed, i.e. the actions you have taken to refine or modify the performance indicators, milestones etc. o any other key conclusions or learnings oO ongoing review processes you have established.
