Can you create this template on Tailwind CSS$.$ You can just pull the tailwind cnd$.$ It needs to be the same as the one I attached. The resizing in small, medium and regular screen and print needs to work as well. I wanted to send two more images you could insert for the graph and the the stars on the top but I can't so probably you can screenshot and reduced the size of it so it isn't a bigger size.
