I. Reflect upon a time when you did not achieve the change you desired.

a. What techniques, approaches and/or models for change would you implement when you are faced with the next change in your life? How would you apply them?

b. Use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Table 1.6) to answer the following:

What quadrant do you fit in? Why?

How would you deal with a person from EACH quadrant when they are going through change?
