can you please help me with part A
can you please help me with part A PART 1: CONTINUITY EQUATION

PART 1: CONTINUITY EQUATION AND BERNOULLI'S EQUATION Consider the continuity equation and Bernoulli's equation. Using these equations as a starting point, you are to use a garden hose in your backyard (or in another suitable location) to show the effect of changing the end diameter of the hose using your thumb as shown in the following pictures. Experiment design: Consider the site/location that you need to perform your study. Create a simple target/s to achieve. For example, using household items, which physical quantities can/can't be measured? Will you focus on qualitative or quantitative measurement? What household items/tools are needed? What is the risk assessment - are there any risks around, for example, physical, electrical, etc.? What variables can you and can't you control? How can any risks be minimised? What suggestions can you give for improving use of hoses for irrigation? Write a report on your observations in terms of the physical quantities found in the Continuity and Bernoulli's equations. Describe the design of your experiment. Discuss any challenges you faced in doing the experiment in a home environment, how you might improve it and perhaps, why you can't improve it at this point in time. Include photographic evidence of your activities. Arrange your report in sections of: introduction method results discussion and conclusion, and references (presented according to the Harvard WesternSydu Referencing Style Guide). Capture key aspects of your study in the presentation. Include some background, the Continuity and Bernoulli's equations in the context of your study, what you did and your conclusions. The purpose of this task is to practise oral communication skills, to gain skills in experimental design using household items, and to develop an understanding of fluid mechanics as it applies to this study. Note: In exceptional circumstances where you can't do the practical part, please seek prior permission from your teacher to use the following pictures
