The Regional Educational Office has received numerous complaints from parents indicating that their

children have arrived home under the influence of what appears to be the use of controlled substances.

$$ No parent assemblies have been held in the past two years.

$$ There is total ignorance about the provisions of the School Excellence Design Plan, which includes

community activities and the budget.

$$ On the School Council there is no member who represents the community because the director claims

that no one has been interested in visiting the school and everyone is very busy with their affairs.

attend the meetings since he went on the school bus. At the moment, there is no parent representative,
