Case Analysis: Public Utility Law

This weeks assignment is your case analysis. We are going to take a deep dive into the issue of the Internet as a public utility. The case that I have selected provides a significant foundation for the legal precedent. The case is America's Communication Association v. Bona, 24 F.4th 1233

The assignment is to make deep dive into understanding the courts analysis of the issue. I suggest using the CRAC ro IRAC methods as outlined in the textbook.
