Case Study #$1$ is intended to test your knowledge of how to run and interpret simple and multiple regression models.

The new general manager of QuickFix, a chain of quick service, no appointment auto repair shops, wants to predict monthly vehicles served at each of his locations to allow him to better stock each location with the necessary parts, engine oil, and other supplies to meet customer needs. He hires you to develop a statistical model. He provides you with a data file with the monthly number of vehicles served, number of garage bays, and population in thousands within a $5-$mile radius for $200$ shop locations.

Submit both the Instructions$/$Answer sheet, your detailed regression model runs, and summary report of your findings in APA Format with three $(3)$ references from academic journals from the past $5$ years $($see videos below for help with journal research$).$ You will submit a single Excel workbook with all relevant sheets. The first sheet in your workbook will be an answer sheet with clearly labeled answers to all questions and a guide to sheets where supporting Excel information can be found.
