A Construction Company in al Wusta region in Sultanate of Oman is operating with gigantic able workforce and competent to complete its projects on time and it got a good image in the market and as well as in the field of construction.
Last six months, the work got affected as the projects has been minimum. This company is also got whacked due to drop in oil prices. Suddenly again a blow got from present situation, from the month of January 2020, the companys operations got ceased due to poor attendance of workers on jobsite. When the top management of the company intervene to know the cause of less number of workers turning to the work, they astonished to get aware that employees are infected with COVID. Due to this, the company lost its control over the employees and all the project work got affected and delayed. Company has initiated downsizing process to withstand itself in the market.
