Owing to the sheer size in terms of budget and staff management team of Surah Public Services, change will happen in manpower. The latest change is called New Public Management initiatives. Under this new initiative, Sur'ah Public Services has to proceed with immediate changes. There will be a new implementation and system in hospital. An Electronic Care Plan (ECP) is introduced to utilize technology that we have. The implementation of Electronic Care Plan is under wider electronic patient records (EPR) project, and it will be only at certain hospital ward. Among the purposes are to go with paperless effort and to support green environment while adhering to health legislation.
