Case Study 2a - Who will I be as a leader? In four weeks, Little Catalysts ELC will have a site visit from a consultant to confer with selected staff. Carol, the Director, wants to see if the service can achieve an excellent rating by focusing on Quality Area 4 (QA4) and Quality Area 7 (QA7) of the National Quality Standards. In view of this, as you're already aware, she has appointed you to lead a team through self-assessment, Quality Improvement Plan review and innovation development for QA7.
