(1) Junior Solicitor (up to 3 years experience).

(2) Senior Solicitor.

The firms administrative employees are categorised into the following 4 position grades:

(1) Grades 1 2 General administrative employees

(2) Grade 3 Team Leaders

(3) Grade 4 Office Managers
