The problem was in a small tiny screw, which was broken and costed as much as 15$. Despite on the late hour, it was immediately decided to call the servicing company (Chicago Industries Inc), which was selling parts and servicing Six Flags during the last 3 years. Mr. Monnings picked up the phone at 11pm and called the COO of the company Mr. Hank Johnson. He communicate with Mr. Johnson about the failure and informed him that if the rides dont work in a few hours, they will not be able to open the park for the entire weekend, which means a loss of 20% profits, which were estimated at $500K loss in turnover.
