Introduction

Jim's Fresh Fruit is a small business that sells a wide range of fresh fruits for the Wagga Wagga community. At the moment, fresh fruits are sold to customers in the store in Wagga. Jim's Fresh Fruit's owner, Jim, discovered that enabling customers to place orders online can be cost$-$effective. Thus, the business needs to introduce a Click & Collect eStore for their fresh fruits so Jim can plan ahead the people he needs to fulfil the placed orders. One thing that Jim does not know yet is how the eStore will lower costs and improve profitability. You are part of a team hired by Jim's Fresh Fruits to look into introducing a Click & Collect eStore for the business.

You are a systems analyst working on a project that is currently under consideration. Your task is to identify the problems with introducing a Click & Collect eStore as described in the given Jim's Fresh Fruit Case Study and you are required to develop a System Vision Document which includes a problem description, system capabilities, and business benefits. You are also required to make a broad statement about the feasibility of the project, provide a brief plan for securing the Click & Collect eStore and make a recommendation on whether or not the project should proceed.
