Case Study: Evaluating the Effectiveness of an Employee Training Program

Background: ABC Corp. recently implemented a new training program aimed at improving the

performance of its employees. The training program focused on enhancing skills related to project

management, communication, and technical expertise. To assess the effectiveness of the training

program, the company conducted a performance evaluation before and after the training for a

sample of employees. The data collected includes performance scores $($out of $100)$ of $150$

employees before and after undergoing the training program. Additionally, demographic

information such as gender, age, department, and years of experience was recorded.
