Background: GreenCo is a prominent energy supplier specializing in renewable sources, serving clients across the globe. With a limited staff that was overwhelmed by increasing business demands, project quality began to wane for this company as they grappled with managing solar power projects portfolio. Although projects were being completed, the cost of project delivery was also increasing. The company$$s leadership team recognized that something was wrong, and knew they needed Internal Audit to evaluate the situation and identify the root causes and what remedies to apply.

You, the Senior Technical Internal Auditor, are assigned to conduct a focused audit on GreenCo's Project Management function. You have agreed with your Internal Audit Manager the following key scope areas:
