Case Study:

In this activity, you will develop a recruitment and selection plan for a company of your choice. It can be a company you worked$/$are working for, a company you are interested in$,$ or a company that you plan to build on your own. Please choose the company carefully as you will be using this company for case studies in module $4$ and $5$ as well. For successful completion of this activity, you will make an original post that addresses the following questions and reply to at least two other participant$$s post.

$1.$ Please describe your business goal for the next two years. Based on this goal, what is the most important position in the company? Please perform a job analysis and describe your job description and job specification for this position.

$2.$ Please develop and describe your recruitment and selection plan for the position. Be sure to talk about what recruitment sources you will use to attract the right candidates, and what selection and assessment methods you will use to select the right candidates.
