For this assignment, you will identify and fully analyze a minimum of three problems that the FedEx Office representative can solve. It is important that you carefully consider if the problem you identify has a corresponding FedEx Office solution $-$ primarily in materials production and shipping.

Each problem analysis should answer the following questions.

What is nature of the problem? Be specific and detailed.

Think through the different steps in the production and shipping process $-$ from the moment the order for training materials is received through the customization and production of the materials and then to the shipping and receipt of the materials to the trainers. Where does the process get off track and errors or delays occur?

Who or what is causing the problem?

At each step in the process, think through which individuals are involved and what action is taken. What is the role or responsibility of each individual? Is a person who is causing the problem or is it a lack of resources? Is it a process error or human error?

What is the current impact of the problem?

Now think through the ripple effect of the problem and the subsequent problems that it has currently caused. Has the original problem led to additional issues that are currently taking place? Has more than one person or area of the business been impacted by the initial problem?
