CASE STUDY: The National Library will implement digital books for all the citizens to encourage the community to read in two months. The main purpose for the implementation of the digital book is to allow all the citizens able to access the reading material content anytime, anywhere, and on any device. The reading materials include books, magazines, newspapers, images file, sound files, and videos. With this new implementation, the National Library plans to have a soft launch ceremony which makes the digital books facility is introduced or opened for the first time to all the tertiary students. The soft launch ceremony will provide the opportunity to the users to have hands-on with the digital books. Some entertainment elements will be included in the soft launch ceremony to make it more fun and memorable. Light refreshment and welcome gifts will be provided during the ceremony.
