Case-5 Read the following case carefully and answer the given questions: Rahma is a bachelor student, studying in Business department of Higher College of Technology. While doing her project work she faced some issues with the USB port of her laptop. So she visited Muscat Geepas Service Centre with the laptop to fix the issue. As there were several clients waiting in the queue for getting service she went to the next service centre named Cannon Service Centre, where she could find only few clients waiting. She gave her laptop for servicing in that service center for which the centre agreed to return the laptop within a day after correction. She visited the centre the next day to collect the laptop. But the centre informed her that as there are huge number of customers waiting for getting service before her it is impossible to return the laptop on that day and requested her to visit the next day. She waited for four more days before eventually obtaining it. Since she was in a hurry she could not check the working condition at the time of collecting the laptop from Cannon. After reaching home she has found that the laptop got another issue in its LCD monitor. She went back to the service centre the next day and reported on the display issue. But the service centre did not accept its responsibility on the new issue rather it advised her to give the laptop for service again along with the repairing cost to rectify the new issue. As she was dissatisfied with their approach she has decided to choose another service center Again, even though there are several clients, she went to the Geepas Service Center and got it fixed within an hour. Based on the above scenario, you are required to answer the following questions: Question - 5 i) Identify the customer behavior, give reason.
