Michael, has worked for the store for five years and Austin and David have worked for the company as Associates for one year. Michael was recently promoted and shortly after getting promoted to Manager he recruited David to come work at the store. Michael and David played football together in high school and their children attend the same high school. Ultimately, Michael and David have known each other for over 25 years. Austin is new to the area, but he young and eager to do well at the convenience store. He previously lived in Texas, but little is known about why he relocated to the area. Both Austin and David have requested as many shifts as possible at the store with the hope of maximizing their take home pay. Both employees put forth equal effort on the job; however, Austin has appeared visibly frustrated in recent weeks. Michael noticed that the cash register has been missing approximately $100 each day for the last several days.
