In $2004,$ Warner Brothers entered into

agreement with two Chinese partners to produce and distribute films in China. As a

foreign film company, Warner found that if it wanted to produce films on its own for the Chinese market, it had to go through a very tedious

and expensive process. However through this process, Chinese firms wanted to distribute their own products. By using the above process,

Chinese firms were able to participate, maintain their own identity, and assist each country in achieving their goals.
