Helen sells a contract law book for $25.00. Professor Green has forgotten to tell Helen that he also doesn't want her to sell any of his contract law books. Can he legally be entitled to get the book back from the person who purchased it? Why or why not? Hypo 2. Helen takes a second customer into the office and shows her the book selection. However, the dust on the books is so bad that the customer has an asthma attack and runs out. Helen hires a cleaning company to come in and clean the books and incurs a bill of $250.00. Helen sells Professor Green''s old corporation law book for $15.00 and, realizing her mistake, she demands that the customer return the book for a refund of the purchase price.
