You and your boss meet to discuss upcoming company organizational changes. While

telling you there is no concern about anyone losing their jobs, he $($uncharacteristically$)$

bites his nails throughout the conversation.

When you meet with a co$-$worker to plan an upcoming sales presentation, your co$-$

worker is distracted and spends much of the time texting.

You've been assigned a team project within your Business Communication course. In

an attempt to schedule planning meetings with your team members, two of the four

members cancel for the meeting at the last minute. This is the second time you've tried to

schedule the meeting. The same two team members canceled at the last minute for the

first scheduled meeting.
